Two sets of three leaves flank both flowers, with faux seed pearls, The center of each flower is MOP, surrounded by clear, prong-set rhinestones set in a pierced round holder. Tag indicated 9k gold. There is a round hinge and safety clasp, older style. 2" long 3/4' wide
