Diamond- shaped pin made of two layers of brass. The first layer is an open frame with second layer soldered to it with ribbons of brass curves typical of Art Nouveau. The ribbons have parallel lines, which accentuate the curves typical of this style. A diamond-shaped faceted amethyst or glass stone is prong set along with a seed pearl below the lavender stone. The natural pearl dangle was added by donor after purchase, but is typical of Art Nouveau design. 1 3/4" long. 3/4" wide
