Vendor Opportunities

Join us at GCV&M as a vendor, performer, or partner!

GCV&M is committed to “enriching life today by connecting people with history, art, and nature.” At several of the Museum’s annual special events, we invite local artisans, creators, musicians, craft brewers, and small businesses to directly assist us in our mission through vending and performing opportunities. Each special event has a unique flavor, seasonal benefits, and vending/performance location (vendor rates vary). Event attendance ranges from 500 visitors to nearly 2,000 daily.

Please join us! Use click the button below to express interest in our vendor opportunities. For specialized questions or feedback, GCV&M’s Special Events Team can be reached directly at events@gcv.org.

Support our Mission!

Genesee Country Village & Museum is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of our community to help us educate and entertain visitors of all ages by preserving and sharing the incredible history, art, and nature of our region.

You can help by donating individual items, gift baskets, gift cards, and more for our annual fundraiser’s silent auction! Each September, The Whirl is a magical evening in the Historic Village with approximately 400 guests. Donations are tax-deductible, and you will be listed as a donor on our website.

Email events@gcv.org for more information or bring your donation along with you to any event when you are vending! To be included in 2026’s auction, donations must be collected by Saturday, September 5.
